These upcoming UFC pay per view has every thing a die hard mma fan wants former champions, legends, and young prospects. In the main event we have Lyoto "the dragon" Machida vs Quinton "Rampage" Jackson and in the co main event we have Matt Hughes vs Bj Penn.
Here are my predicitons and with my predictions il give their last fight and who they are training with
The Undercard
Nik Lentz vs Tyson Griffin
Nike lentz trains out of the Minnesota Martail Arts Academy and won his last fight against Andre Winner at ufc 118 with a ud
Tyson Griffin trains out Xtrem Coutore in Las Vegas, Nevada and lost his last fight when Takanomi Gomi knocked him out
My prediciton for this is Tyson Griffin by Ud
I think he is has better standup and can stuff the takedonw and get Lentz to his back where he has been before as a dominat wrestler
Paul Kelly vs TJ O Brien
KElly trains out of Team Kaboon with other British UFC lightweights like Paul Taylor and Terry Etim and lost his last fight to Jacob Volkmann by ud
Brien trains out of Round Kick MMA and won his last fight outside of the UFC by Rear-Naked Choke over Josh Henry
My prediciton for this one is Paul Kelly by tko round two he will be too aggressive for Brien and overhelm on the feet and the ground
Edson Barboza vs. Mike Lullo
Barboza trains at The Armory in Florida and won his lasft fight by leg kicks over Marcelo Guidici
Mike lullo won his last fight over Tyler Combs by armbar
My prediction for this is Barboza by ko round 1 i have heard good things about him so watch for him to showcase his skills in his UFC debut
Karo Parisyan vs Dennis Hallman
Parisyan trains with Jackson's Submission Fighting and won his last fight over
Where are the rest of your picks? I agree with the Griffin and Barboza picks but I think O'Brien will use his submission game to beat Kelly.
ReplyDeleteHere are the rest of my picks:
Brian Foster beats Matt Brown by unanimous decision
Mark Munoz beats Aaron Simpson by unanimous decision
Gerald Harris beats Maiquel Falcao by TKO Round 1
Phil Davis beats Tim Boetsch by Sub Round 2
George Sotiropoulous beats Joe Lauzon by unanimous decision
Karo Parisyan beats Dennis Hallman by unanimous decision
Matt Hughes beats BJ Penn by unanimous decision
Lyoto Machida beats Rampage Jackson by unanimous decision
I picked Machida but I am hoping Rampage wins. He is one of my all-time favorite fighters. I just don't like his chances against Machida's style.
