Dedicate (donate, give all) your life to something larger than yourself and pleasure to the largest thing you can: to god to relieve suffering to contributing to knowledge, adding to literature, or something else.
This means to me that you give all of your being to your dreams or anything you want to try it also means to me adding knowledge along the way to your dreams or any of your goals anything that makes you happy even while you suffer it means going through rought things to get to your happy place
In allan and bacon i really liked the whole section about idea mapping i think it is such an easy thing to do and use for having ideas and brainsparks that can start ideas or even save the world or just simple ideas anything that your mind can think or anything that pops into your mind at a split second
